All you need to do is to grab a rock, paint a heART, write an inspirational message on the other side of the rock and give it to someone who would benefit from your gesture of human kindness : a grandparent/ child/ friend/ co-worker/ senior in a care home or anyone who needs to feel the encouragement from another human being at this time!
Or you can just leave the HeART by a tree, at someone’s door or anywhere it can reach them and put a smile on their face. In a society where separation became a norm, let’s be the game-changers and ambassadors of compassion, who restore the trust in the goodness of people!
Let’s create as many Tree of HeARTs as possible: in the front yard or the local community park, by a sidewalk tree, anywhere you can think of!
